Mariner II boat rods are tough, dependable, good looking and affordable. Rods have a graphite reel seat and gimbal, are one piece design and provide moderate fast rod action. Rods are 6 (182.9 cm) in length, have 5 line guides and depending on which model very in power. The rod is available in three models depending on line test and power requirements. The first model is designed for line test of 12 lbs. to 20 lbs. (5.4 kg to 9 kg) and has a medium rod power. The second model is designed for line test of 15 lbs. to 30 lbs. (6.8 kg to 13.6 kg) and has a medium-heavy rod power. The third model is designed for line test of 30 lbs. to 50 lbs. (13.6 kg to 22.7 kg) and has a heavy rod power.
