Ungava Canadian Gin

Ungava, a vast area in the Canadian Arctic, is an unspoiled region with breathtaking landscapes and extreme climatic conditions. The rare tundra plants used to produce Ungava Gin are hand harvested by the local Inuit and purchased in fair trade. When nosing, a pleasant freshness is immediately noticeable. In the second breath a floral character is added. On the palate it differs clearly from other gins. A clear spice almost peppery note comes to the fore. In the finish the juniper appears for the first time and gives the gin the necessary freshness.
